Lincoln Residential is an amazing place with the most loving and caring staff. Not only is the home beautiful, clean and well maintained, the owner and staff go above and beyond to make this a true home for your loved one. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was to my father. From the moment he began his stay, they were helpful, friendly, and most important they really cared about my dad. Lincoln Residential and Plaza Assisted Living
Jean, the owner of Lincoln Residential Assisted Living and Plaza Assisted Living, is one of the most amazing women I have ever met! We had to find a place for our mom a year and a half ago. Mom is now at the Plaza and it has been incredible! I was not sure about the idea of a group home but it is perfect. It is like family but maybe even better than family! The staff is always kind and caring and I always know that Mom is being taken care of. I have not been to the Lincoln location yet but I know it is a little bigger and "better". You cannot go wrong with either of these residences! The owner and staff are angels!!!

Jean, the owner, is the warmest, kindest and most professional person I’ve encountered in the assisted living industry here in the Scottsdale area. We moved my mom into her new place on Lincoln which is absolutely beautiful (a model home) and everything went flawlessly - from the kindness and attentiveness of her staff, to the delicious fresh and homemade meals they made, to the entertainment she got to enjoy on her very first day. Jean sent me updates and pictures of my mom to assure me she was adjusting well. I now have a peace leaving my mom somewhere other than my own home, knowing that she’s going to be well taken care of, and equally important, that she’s going to enjoy her new surroundings and living arrangement. Thank you Jean from the bottom of my heart!
